What is Instructional Courseware Design?

Good day to you all! How are you guys doing? I hope you guys are having a great day ahead😉

Anyway, this time I will share with you guys about instructional course ware design. Instructional course ware allows the users to create material and lessons to instruct the learners. Therefore the user need to know what the learner need to learn. Next, in creating this course ware, there is a model called ADDIE Model that we can use as our guide.
                 

This figure is explaining how ADDIE model works.  Read below for further explanation.
A - Analyse. In this stage, the learning objectives, the learner's needs and level have to be identified. Then, the analysis have to be evaluated.
D -  Design. Identifying and developing plans to achieve the goal is in this stage. Make sure all the learning objectives, the learner's need and their level are involved. The designated plan must be evaluated after that.
D - Development. After we design the plan, we develop the idea and plan according to the designated plan. To avoid issues, after developed plan must be evaluated
I - Implementation. The lesson plan is created so that the course ware can be used. If  we are using any facilitators, this is when we train them. Same goes to the learners. Along the way, evaluate the the process and see if any of amendments need to be done.
E - Evaluation. If you notice, after all four steps above are followed by evaluation. Yes! basically we have to evaluate all the steps to avoid any problem while developing the course ware.

Blogging my way!

Hi! Glad to see you guys again here! In this post, I will share with you guys what have we learnt in the class in our first and second lecture. In the first lecture, we covered on how to start blogging. We required to create our personal blog and share the link with everyone in the class. Then, we are told about our course assessment throughout the semester. Well, it seems easy but still I have to work hard to get A for this subject haha!
